Hill Avenue Project a partnership with Westlake Urban LLC
The Hill Ave project is a “Pocket Neighborhood” subdivision in Hayward CA. CDS-Inc managed the design, entitlement process, legal and risk management of a 24 attached single family residences in this Planned Unit Development (PUD) subdivision. Pocket neighborhoods are clustered groups of neighboring houses gathered around a shared open space — a garden courtyard, a pedestrian street, a series of joined backyards — all of which have a clear sense of territory and shared stewardship. The project was unanimously by the City of Hayward’s Planning Commission.
