CDS Inc. was created so that property owners and  managers would have the option of having an advocate on their side who has real life experience in what it takes to get a project done.

The founder of CDS-Inc.is Del Nordby.  His experience comes from being the CEO of a large Northern California General Contracting Company.  During a 25 year period of time he successfully grew and diversified  the company into multiple divisions including wine cave construction, estate homes construction,  re-construction services, construction management and a real estate development company.

Having managed over 900 million dollars of construction and several real estate developments throughout Oregon and California we have the depth of experience to assemble professional teams to get the job done.
