Design Assist and Construction of Homeward Bound's, Next Key Project.  Homeward Bound is Marin County's chief provider of shelter and residential services for homeless families and individuals, serving approximately 1,400 people per year in 32 inter-related residential programs.

Working through time and budget constraints Del Nordby worked with the clients and design team to deliver 14 transitional apartments units, a full commercial teaching kitchen and administration offices.
